HAUORA ABILITY SERVICES

It was a real pleasure pulling this project together for Hauora Ability Services in Christchurch. My sister even features in the video🩷

 

The goal

Hauora Ability Services needed a photo and video package that helped explain who they are, who they support, and the care they provide for people living with physical, neurological and complex care needs. The aim was to create something warm, respectful and professional that reflected the heart of the service: dignity, independence, connection and quality support.

The process

Before filming began, we worked through the story, the audience, the tone and the script so the final video had a clear direction.

From there, I planned the filming around the approved message, capturing real moments of care, support, family connection, rehabilitation, community participation and everyday life within the service.

The result

The final package included a professionally edited overview video and a set of images for use across their website, presentations, funding conversations, social media and future communications.

The result is a clear, human and professional visual story that helps Hauora Ability Services share the value of their work.
